Landlords – Citizens of the Republic of Croatia

• We provide bookkeeping services for landlords according to their tax status:
  • Flat-rate income tax
  • Maintaining business books and records in accordance with the law, as if it were an independent craft activity – either voluntarily or as required by law
  • As a corporate income taxpayer – either voluntarily or as required by the Corporate Income Tax Act
• Submission of the VAT form for services received from the EU (VAT, VAT-S)
• Calculation and payment of the tourist board membership fee
• Calculation and payment of the tourist tax (flat-rate)

Landlords – Citizens of the EU

• We provide bookkeeping services for landlords according to their tax status:
  • Providing accommodation services directly to guests
  • Providing accommodation services through a travel agency
• Registration in the VAT system
• Maintaining auxiliary books (URA and IRA books)
• Submission of the VAT form and other related forms
• Calculation and payment of the tourist board membership fee
• Calculation and payment of the tourist tax (flat-rate)
